HOURLY RATE & BENEFITS:

 $20-25 per hour

GENERAL FUNCTION:

 

To help maintain the physical school plant in a condition of operating excellence so that full educational use of it may be made at all times.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

 

1. General knowledge of all phases of building maintenance
2. Experience in H.V.A.C. either in private fields or as a maintenance worker in a school district.
3. Must have a valid driver’s license as required by law.
4. Must have or be in the process of obtaining a Type II refrigeration license or Universal license.
5. Must have knowledge of working with computers.
6. Must have knowledge of working with Building Automated Systems (BAS).

1. Ability to speak in a clear and understandable manner and write legibly.
2. Ability to lift in excess of 100 pounds.
3. Ability to work at various heights.
4. Ability to work in confined areas.
5. Ability to supervise individuals.
6. Ability to be available for emergency situations.
7. Ability to be aware of the security of the students, staff, and school property.
8. Ability to meet daily attendance requirements.
9. Ability to be available for overtime assignments.
