Union Ridge School is currently seeking an IL Licensed RN or LPN for a part-time position working 25 hours weekly (M-F) as a one-on-one Nurse to assist an elementary student throughout the school day for the 2023-24 school year. The student has the potential for seizures throughout the school day and we need a nurse who can be the main source of detection of seizure activity and care. The primary job duties for this position will include assisting the student from class to class, health monitoring, medical care (if needed), and assisting with toileting. All applicants must have an active IL nursing license, previous experience with seizures and care, and previous pediatric work experience. The nurse will not be needed for bus transportation and daily hours will run approximately 9:30am-3:30pm M-F.
